Delivery

Products are delivered worldwide using Swotzy delivery partners – a reliable logistics solution that ensures fast and secure delivery both in Latvia and internationally.

Order processing:

  1. Add the selected products to the shopping cart.
  2. Fill out the order form and choose a delivery method.
  3. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
  4. After receiving payment, the order is handed over to the courier the next business day.

Delivery information:

  • In Latvia : delivery to the specified address usually within 2–3 business days.
  • International : delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method.
  • Free shipping: may apply to orders over a certain amount - exact details are provided at the time of purchase.
  • We will inform you individually about possible delays or specific conditions.

Return of goods

If the received product does not match the description, is damaged or delivered incorrectly, the Buyer has the right to return it.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging , with all labels and documents.
  • Return costs are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
  • To initiate the return process, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

After receipt and inspection of the goods, the money will be refunded within 5 business days to the account specified by the Buyer.
